FLO Developments LLC was founded with a clear mission: to become a leader in utility construction, specializing in fiber optic infrastructure. Our roots began in Metro Atlanta where we served as a subcontractor for Hyper Networks on projects powered by Google Fiber.

Our vision is to expand into new markets, eventually becoming a prime contractor and industry leader — managing projects, hiring subcontractors, and helping close the digital divide.
